Better Retention
Don’t Settle for Piecemeal Know-how
Many fabrication companies rely on on-the-job training. However, this “learn-as-you-go” method may cost you in more ways than just money. Non-standard training methods lead to lower quality output and higher rates of discrepancy—increasing potential liability, harming your reputation, and endangering your bottom line.

Hands-on Training to Boost Efficiency
Train in Best Practices
Ensure your team has the specific know-how and techniques for your industry.
Develop the Right Skills
Train your team on the specific equipment and tools you have on-site.
Reduce Overhead Strain
Avoid moving your skilled fabricators off the project to train the new hires.
Speed Up Training to Keep Up with the Industry
The need for composite materials has seen a remarkable spike in the last few years. But having your expert employees train the new faces wastes months of time.
In contrast, when you invest in contract training, you get:
- Lessons that combine composite science fluency with real-world fabrication needs.
- Training times that take weeks—not months.
- Hands-on lessons that use your machines so your employees get familiar with your business.
Estimates indicate that contracted training—after factoring lost time and productivity—saves more than 20% of your costs compared to traditional OTJ training.

COMPros Knows The Hurdles
You need people who have skills with your specific machines and processes. Training programs are often online or in generic classrooms, using standard training machines as examples and with no hands-on lessons.
Much like the best composites, COMPros’s training modules combine the very best of classroom-grade training with hands-on, on-site experience. With our contract trainer, you free up your best, train up your newest, and lay the foundation for efficient, reliable business growth.
